1. Introduction

TEST/DEMO

The Occupy Santa Barbara movement has been gathering for a rally every Saturday at De la Guerra Plaza, and then following the rally, marching though downtown, with police escort closing the streets to auto traffic.

Are we dissipating our energy by marching every weekend -- or building the movement? Should we do more "organizing homework" behind the scenes before actually marching -- contacting organizations and groups and getting them involved -- or is the march itself the best way to expand the movement? How often should we march in Santa Barbara?
