My work with FOUR YEARS.GO, and working with companies that do care. There are corporations doing good things, and we need more of it. The world needs to be aware of those companies that have changed the culture of their business from an industrial focus to a restorable focus. By finding these companies and sharing their practices and successes, they can provide the inspiration for others to follow. It is through this type of collaboration that the collective will needed to create the shift to a more sustainable world for all.

I convened conversations - on the Internet, conference calls, face-to-face. I assisted others in creating these conversations. I helped to organize and energize the community of conveners, hosts and facilitators of dialogue, so that we were able to create an infrastructure for global conversation to flourish in generative ways.
I worked to make the people I was closest to aware of the urgency and importance of this global shift.
I helped design a plug-in that generated maps of online text-based conversations so that people could be involved in much more generative conversations in that medium.

Jim found the map; he recognized 3 fundamental truths
1. We live in this moment, which consists of energy and awareness [Ying and Yang]
2. In this moment of prime concern is our intent; decision between fear and love
3. Only love makes us happy
As a world changer Jim revealed these truths, which he models day to day. These truths are the foundation for a new way of looking at ourselves and being together, and they are consistent with over arching energy of our planet at this time.
Jim birthed and launched World5.0.

What I'm doing now. I put a lot of energy into my group of friends - a lot of sharing of information through facebook. People became more and more into signing petitions. I didn't really even have to leave the house to have a major affect. People occupied their families - spoke up and opened up the family dynamics.

I spoke up. It's all gone too far and I vowed that I would not go to my deathbed without speaking up. I taught people Nonviolent Communication, and tried to point out the ways we are violent in subtle ways that we don't recognize - even in our tone of voice or body language.

I spoke about this a lot--articulated a powerful vision. Built internet systems that convened people. Was a humble facilitator of human congruence. A weaver, an activist for this vision. Daring to say that we have enough courage and humility to declare a set of core principles around which we can all align. I was FIERCE on this subject, in a gentle and magnetic way.
